DESCRIPTION - The Hutchison Medical Model 1000QRS Patient Weight Scale is designed specifically for use with Mackworth, Handicare, or Savaria portable or fixed ceiling patient lifts with the Quick Release System (QRS) Hook Assembly.

The Model 1000QRS Patient Weight Scale is specially designed to be installed between the QRS hook and the carry/spreader bar.  The scale is installation-ready straight out of the box and installs without the need for tools.

ADDED LENGTH

When attached, the 1000QRS adds about 8" of length to your existing caryy/spreader bar setup.  This means that you will have up 8" less lifting height. 

INFO - The 1000QRS is designed for weighing bed-ridden or non-ambulatory patients.  The 1000HL is operated by three (3) AAA batteries (included).  DOES NOT INCLUDE A HOYER-STYLE PATIENT LIFT OR SLING.

WARRANTY - Hutchison Medical offers a one (1) year limited warranty on the1000HL.  This product is warranted to be free of defects in workmanship and product performance.  This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser/user and is therefore non transferable.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING COST - Additional shipping cost to Alaska, Hawaii, US APO/FPO, US Protectorates.  

RETURN POLICY - At Hutchison Medical, our goal is to ensure that you always select the right product for your needs.  However, you may occasionally receive a product that does not work for you.  If you need to return an item, please review our Return Policy below and submit an online Return Authorization Request.

This product requires a 15% restocking fee for returns.  Customer must pay for return shipping.  All products must be in their original packaging and meet the following conditions:

• Product must be in new condition.  For example, no cracks, scratches, dirty or marked tires, or any indications of usage.
• Product must be returned in its original packaging.
• A Return Merchandise Authorization must be requested from Hutchison Medical within 30 days of delivery of the product.
• Once an RMA has been received, products must be returned within 14 days.
