Description

Perfect for residential or institutional use, the strong and portable FST-300 is the most affordable Free Standing Lift available.  Weighing just 45 lbs. with no component weighing more than 17 lbs., the FST-300's lightweight frame allows for easy assembly. In fact, a single person can assemble the FST-300 in less than six minutes without the use of tools.

Encompassing a height adjustment feature to accommodate for up to 7 ½ feet, the FST-300 fits a wide-range of transfer needs.  Its customized roller bag (sold separately) makes it easy to store and convenient for caregivers to transport.

The FST-300 is perfect for permanent or temporary solutions in residential or home care environments.  Best of all, the FST-300 requires little to no maintenance.

Warranty

If you have a problem with your Prism Lift, simply call one of our expert customer service representatives, and they will arrange to have the necessary parts for repair sent to your residence or to a technician.  Every effort will be made to return your Prism Lift to working condition in the shortest time possible.

The following parts will be repaired or replaced at our discretion, for the following allowable time periods from the date of purchase.  The following parts are warranted to be free of defect in materials and workmanship:

• Five Years: Motor, gear box and track
• One Year: Lifts, parts, components and labor
• 90 Days: Batteries

Exclusions: Parts that need to be replaced due to normal wear and tear

All of the previous parts are covered for defect in material and/or workmanship.  Any abuse or intentional misuse of the product will void the warranty.

Additional shipping cost to Alaska, Hawaii, US APO/FPO, US Protectorates.  Due to our compliance with Health and Safety regulations we cannot accept returns on any and all slings.

Return Policy

All products require a 20% restocking fee for returns.  Customer must pay for return shipping.  All products must be in their original packaging and meet the following conditions:

• Product must be in new condition.  For example, no cracks, scratches, dirty or marked tires, or any indications of usage.
• Product must be returned in its original packaging.
• A Return Merchandise Authorization must be requested from Hutchison Medical within 30 days of delivery of the product.
• Once an RMA has been received, products must be returned within 14 days.
• For hygienic reasons, the following products are non-returnable: Slings
